Delivery Charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 is applied to all orders within Pakistan. Delivery charges may vary depending on the location, courier service, or special delivery requirements.

Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation, depending on your city, area, and courier availability. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

Order Confirmation

To ensure safe delivery, our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before dispatch. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if confirmation is not received.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities, towns, and selected remote areas across Pakistan. Some locations may have limited courier service availability.

Delays

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, courier issues, high order volume, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your name, phone number, complete address, city, and area details are correct at the time of placing the order. UROOJJ will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to receive the parcel, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery may be subject to additional delivery charges.
