Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, leaked, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes opened, used, or damaged perfume products. We also cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, promotional items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
